Obtain accurate measurements of your volume of oxygen consumed, fat utilization profile, and pinpoint your
anaerobic threshold. Get tested on
BOTH the bike and the treadmill. Tests will determine your training zones, how your body uses oxygen
and fat to provide energy for exercise, and how many calories you can consume without gaining weight.
Results will be used to create a training plan to ensure you achieve your goal while improving cardiovascular
fitness, enhance athletic performance and lose weight.
Day to day training program based on zones established during metabolic tests. Training plan is personalized
to your tests, athletic abilities and current fitness level. Training plan will include rest days as well as
multi sport workout days (bricks)as your athletic abilities increase. Plans will be updated month to reflect
training gains.

Full Circle Fitness will give you full access to USAT coaches, ASCA Level 3 Swim coaches and
certified personal trainers that will get you to your goal. Coaches will be performing your tests
and creating your training plans, leading group rides and be available for questions and advice
every day. We are not an online program where you never see your coaches, we are
HANDS ON and
training side by side with you during group events - every step of the way.
