is an endurance sports event consisting of swimming, cycling and running over various distances. As a result, proficiency in swimming, cycling, and running alone is not sufficient to guarantee a triathlon athlete a competitive time or even a finish. Trained triathlon athletes have learned to race each stage in a way that preserves their energy and endurance for subsequent stages.

Metabolic Testing
, the FCF coaches will provide you with a detailed, personalized training plan that is broken down week to week to ensure you meet your goal.
Your training will be done individually as well as in a group format with coaches monitoring your progress along the way. Our training methodoligies have a proven success rate for all levels of athletes.
About Metabolic Testing
Your metabolism is as individual as your fingerprint. Before you begin your training, the FCF team assessment determines how your body uses oxygen and fat to provide energy for exercise. With information gained from the testing, your personal zone training plan will be created to help you improve cardiovascular fitness, enhance athletic performance and lose weight.

Our metabolic testing system allows Full Circle Fitness to deliver scientifically-based weight management, cardio fitness, and performance training programs to our clients.
Once you complete your testing, you will receive complete, accurate heart rate and zone training information through our online training system.
Each training plan consists of a daily breakdown of workouts based on your heart rate zones, and athletic abilities per your testing.
