Triathlons
A triathlon is an endurance sports event consisting of swimming, cycling and running over various distances. As a result, proficiency in swimming, cycling, and running alone is not sufficient to guarantee a triathlon athlete a competitive time or even a finish. Trained triathlon athletes have learned to race each stage in a way that preserves their energy and endurance for subsequent stages.

With FCF, you will learn how to train effectively for all three events to better maximize your race potential. After your initial Metabolic Testing, the FCF coaches will provide you with a detailed, personalized training plan that is broken down week to week to ensure you meet your goal.

Your training will be done individually as well as in a group format with coaches monitoring your progress along the way. Our training methodoligies have a proven success rate for all levels of athletes.
