Our small group sessions are limited to a maximum of five people.
While these sessions challenge every client, they are small enough for the trainer to accommodate your particular strengths and abilities, check your technique, and still give you the one on one attention you crave.
It’s the perfect blend between large group classes and personal training. Or choose a combination of personal training and small group training to get you in shape faster than you would ever have expected.
