Our first ever 6 Week Challenge has ended and I am so excited at the amount of success everyone had! It was such a great way to kick off 2016. Each of the 13 participants received unlimited small group classes, set a personalized goal, and received a personalized fitness, nutrition, and wellness plan. I loved working with each individual to set a realistic and personal goal and we had everything from weight loss to increased flexibility, lowering body fat, and losing inches. Our logo pictured above is a compilation of a word or phrase that each participant came up with that encompassed their goal or mindset of the challenge.

I was so excited to see everyone progress that I had to share the final stats!
