So excited to bring this to you!

I can’t express how excited I am that I can provide you with these short clips to help you when you’re not at the studio. I just filmed 2 different foam rolling video’s that are great basics to start with. Part of my mission is to educate and empower you so that you can take your health and wellness into your own hands. You first must have the knowledge and resources before you can make progress, so since I can’t come home with you, here’s the next best thing!

If you’re new to foam rolling, that’s great! You may experience some pressure and discomfort, but the main thing you must remember is to breathe. The goal of foam rolling is to release the tension in the muscles and connective tissue (fascia). You may need a softer roller to start and as you feel better graduate to a harder roller. Foam rolling is your self care that you can do daily at home to see improvements in posture, tension, and attain better mobility.

If you’re unsure of where to start or would like more information, we have a Stretch and Roll class on Thursday evenings at 6:30pm. Call to reserve you’re spot and see how a few minutes a day could help you improve your quality of life!
