Fitness Training With Friends

Are you tired of getting lost in large group classes?

We’ve got the solution! Small group training at Full Circle Fitness.

Our group sessions are limited to a maximum of six people.

While these sessions challenge every client, they are small enough for the trainer to accommodate your particular strengths and abilities, check your technique, and still give you the one on one attention you crave.

It’s the perfect blend between large group classes and personal training. Or choose a combination of personal training and small group training to get you in shape faster than you would ever have expected.

All of our group sessions work toward Full Circle Fitness’ ultimate goal: To get you moving better and feeling better in your daily life.

Small Group Training:

Each small group training has its own unique focus and programming. Think of these as personal training with a few friends. No need to keep up with everyone else, work at your own pace and level. We design each session around our members goals, needs, and wants and focus primarily on building strength, balance and agility. Not sure which one to try? Let us give you a recommendation based off your goals and fitness level.

Mat Pilates:

Experience the classical mat pilates teaching of Joseph Pilates in this challenging, yet fun session. Learn how to engage the powerhouse for increased core strength, greater spinal flexibility, and muscle control. Open to all levels.

Stretch and Roll:

Need to loosen up those muscles and improve your mobility? This unique session is designed to increase your flexibility, relax those tight muscles, and increase blood flow. Learn the art of foam rolling, various stretching techniques from dynamic to static and leave feeling more relaxed and rejuvenated. Recovery is just as important as your workout so make sure you come check out this great session.

Restorative Yoga:

The goal of this session is to revitalize the body by increasing circulation to the organs and calming the nervous system. Using more passive postures held for longer periods of time to allow for a deep opening in the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and spine. Props can be used to enable a longer hold in the pose, soothing the mind and encouraging an inner focus. All levels welcome.
