It is TIME to officially welcome the newest member of the Full Circle Fitness team. Michael started with us earlier this year and has brought his unique training style as well as his passion for helping people live better lives. With bringing Michael on board we have the opportunity to grow the studio and reach more of our community which means even more changed lives. 

     Michael is a certified personal trainer from the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association, a family man with a wife and 3 kids, and movie buff with over two years of  experience working in a gym. He has always been involved in sports and had an active lifestyle growing up. At age five, he began playing AYSO soccer and soon made his way into baseball, basketball, football, and skateboarding. During high school Michael was introduced to weightlifting and it very quickly became a big part of his life. As he continued to exercise and learn more about fitness, it turned into a passion.
     While serving at church Michael has also gained a passion for teaching and helping others. Working as a fitness professional he has had the opportunity to work with clients of all ages, sizes and different fitness levels. While working with clients he utilizes his education to provide customized, challenging and effective workouts for clients of all levels, including those with injuries and limitations. Michael’s love for fitness and helping people are the foundation of why he became a personal trainer. His goal as a fitness professional is not only to help you in your fitness journey, but to help grow your knowledge and confidence in exercise and in yourself.    

 

He is currently studying to become a Functional Aging Specialist and is eager to assist  others in pursuing their path to a stronger, healthier lifestyle!
