Through our education, research, personal journey’s and continuous drive to be on the forefront of holistic health we have put together a nutrition consultation session for you that includes the following:
To truly get a picture of your internal health you will start with an InBody scan. The InBody 570 goes beyond traditional body composition analysis by measuring how much fat and muscle you have, but also measures your total body water, inflammation markers, visceral fat levels, your basal metabolic rate and body fat percentage. It divides your total body water into intracellular and extracellular water, values important for understanding your fluid distribution and to determine progress; whether that goal is weight loss or building lean muscle mass. No dunking. No pinching. No discomfort. Simply stand on the device and hold the hand electrodes to test in less than a minute. You will leave with a comprehensive print out and know if you need to hydrate, build muscle, burn fat, or a combination. This is the most accurate tool on the market to measure your body composition, don’t miss out on this vital information.
Next you will have a ZYTO Scan, which will help determine the appropriate supplements, vitamins, and nutrition for your body. The scanner provides you insights about your biological coherence to nutritional products, oils, and supplements. This ZYTO Compass technology enables us to perform a Bio-Survey of your body addressing 76 bio-markers in the body through our hand cradle. This allows us to know exactly which areas of your body need to be supported to get your body back in full balance. Leave with a detailed PDF report.
Food Journal Review:
We ask that you to keep a food journal for a minimum of 3 days prior to your consultation. This should include everything that goes in your mouth in detail. We want to know exactly what was in that pasta that you ate for dinner and how many ounces or water or coffee you drink a day. We highly recommend using an app such as myfitnesspal or Lose It to track this. Both are user friendly and this makes it much easier for us to see how many calories, protein, carbs, and fats you are eating. Included in your food journal should be a log of how many hours you sleep each night. Sleep is a huge component of a healthy body and lack of it could lead to hormone imbalances, food cravings, and increase stress on the body.
Review any vitamins, medications, and blood work:
Bring in a list of your vitamins, medications and latest blood work for us to review. Better yet email it to us ahead of time and get even more out of your time here. We will review everything you provide and have even better insight into what steps you need to take first. Your health is our priority and imbalances due to lack of nutrients or caused by medications can wreck havoc on your body. This is just one more piece to the puzzle that can help us understand what you need to do to feel better, be healthier, and keep the weight off for good.
