In 1993, the world of personal training and wellness coaching was just beginning to take off. That world was “home” for Kathy for 14 years.

Certified in 1993 as a personal trainer, life coach & owner of INSPIRE training studio, her days & evenings were spent helping clients overcome their wellness challenges and grow strong & confident in their bodies.  

In 2003, one of her personal training clients was a Mortgage Broker. As a single Mom with 2 young kids, she was persuaded to start a career in mortgage finance. Now, twenty-one years later, she’s come “Full Circle” and is grateful & excited to be a part of the FCF Team and back doing what she is so passionate about!

Kathy is a mother to a daughter & a son. She enjoys spending time with her adult children and their families, including 6 grand babies.
